One week, no equipment, at home daily workout plan

Don't get stuck with all of the "usual" excuses! Save these images for a simple but great one week workout plan you can do anywhere anytime. You can definitely add weights but be sure to only do so in exercises where you can do so safely and without giving up good form. Take breaks as needed -- listen to your body! And yes, Saturday's workout is a stretch day but DON'T skip it please!!
