Happy Fourth to you and yours! Just a couple tips:
- Drink LOTS of water, especially if you're outside.
- Fruits and veggies first, meat second, chips / ice cream / other sugar and carbs last BUT don't deprive yourself!
- Get your workout in early or swim for a while if you're at a lake. Burn those calories!
- Earplugs wouldn't be all bad.
- Respect that there are some -- especially veterans who have seen combat -- who aren't up for fireworks. Say thank you and let them relax, please!
- Just be careful... no one wants flashing ambulance lights when we should be enjoying the sparkling fireworks!! ;-)
