If you fail to plan, you're planning to fail!



I know I have fun planning but I also know that planning isn't fun for everyone! Don't worry about planning everything right away! Here are a few things you can start with:

1. Plan out a time every day for your workouts. Put it in your calendar and let everyone know that's your plan so they can hold you to it. 

2. Portion out your usual snacks -- even if you're not ready for full meal planning yet. Putting crackers or cheese or even fruits and veggies into ready-to-go baggies will make it easier to grab good food without overeating!

3. Plan a breakfast and lunch you can repeat every single day. That'll take a lot of guess work out and cut your meal planning by 66%. Or plan to make enough for dinner each night that you have leftovers ready for lunch the next day. 

4. Put a water bottle at work, one in the car, and one where you'll find it all the time at home. This gives you a reminder to fill it up and gulp it down without ever having to remember to keep it with you throughout the day.
