Making all of his food so far maybe doesn't seem so simple but with just 6 ingredients and minimal steps really made this recipe easy and so worth it -- they're his new favorite snack! You could mix and match leafy greens and fruits so I'd love to hear what combinations you put together!
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 egg yolks OR 2 T flax seed + 6 T water
- 1 Cup spinach
- 1/2 Cup apple sauce
- 1/2 Cup instant rice cereal
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- In a food processor add all the ingredients.
- Blend up until a smooth cream will be formed (4min)
- Spoon / pipe small circles onto parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 10, reduce at 250, and bake for additional 15-30 min up until light / golden brown around the edges.
