It's easy to fall into a rut when it comes to the intensity of our workouts but you won't see results if you don't push yourself a little further. During your workout today, find ways to kick up the intensity and test how hard you can really go!

Ways to crank up the intensity:
  • more weight with the same reps
  • more reps in the same amount of time
  • more height in plyometric moves
  • deeper stretches in yoga moves
