Healthy Peanut Butter Cups!

I promise... I'm not kidding.

- 1 T coconut oil, melted
- 2 T chocolate Shakeology
- 1 T peanut butter

1. Mix half of the coconut oil with half of the Shakeology. Make sure to really get all of the Shakeology incorporated.
2. Pour the mix into cupcake liners in a cupcake pan that will fit in your freezer (I like using the mini ones!). The amount you pour into each liner is up to you! Just make sure you have a good, complete layer.
3. Freeze for about 5 minutes / until solid.
4. Heat up your favorite peanut butter for a few seconds and pour on top of your frozen coconut oil / Shakeology layer and put your cupcake pan back in the freezer for another 5 minutes or until solid.
5. Last step! Mix the second half of your coconut oil and Shakeology and layer it into each cup. Freeze again for another 5 minutes / until solid.
