Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bark

This was SUCH an easy recipe but I'm so so glad I took the few minutes to make it because it has really helped me with evening cravings. We got in a habit for a while of keeping ice cream around and believe you me, that's a hard habit to break!

I don't have exact measurements on this because really, it's all about how much you want to make...

1. Line baking sheet / glass pan / anything you want that's flat and has good surface area but is also freezer safe with wax paper.
2. Spread a layer of Greek yogurt over the wax paper to about 1/4 inch thick.
3. Press in fruits and toppings of your choice. I saw a recommendation to use freeze-dried fruits so I did this with these strawberries and it turned out really really well!
4. Set sheet or pan in the freeze, level, for several hours until frozen.
5. Break into pieces and enjoy! Store in a sealed container in the freezer.
