5 basic healthy choices


 

It's not always easy but try to remember... where you are today -- successes and failures -- are a result of the choices you've made!

Not sure where to start? Here are my basic healthy choices I focus on when I'm feeling off track:

  • Healthy shake in the car to stave off the desire for unhealthy munchies or hungry binging when I get where I'm going
  • More and more and more water -- this is what drops off first for me when I'm not on track!
  • More fresh veggies because they're easy and help me feel better
  • Get up and walk around (outside if possible)
  • Nothing fried and salad or grilled lean meat if we go out to eat!
